The social committee has been set up for the benefit of all members of the club to create a warm and entertaining atmosphere that also supports the clubs aims and objectives. A balance between the social element and club fund raising is the aim.
The social committee hopes to provide the club with a wide range of fun and enjoyable events to help us through the season, create a good spirit off the pitch which can only feed a good team spirit on the pitch.
It is important that everyone plays their part to help organise and support all the social functions.
POST MATCH SATURDAY EVENINGS: It is important for all players to return to the club after league games on a Saturday to celebrate the day and take part in 'Captains report, Man of the Match awards' and food, not for the whole evening but at least for an hour or so. The more the merrier.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO CLUB MEMBERS FROM CLUB CAPTAIN - EDD THOROGOOD: A great deal of work has gone into the social side of the club and I hope that it is a great success, remember, it is all for the enjoyment of all and for the good of the club so come down show your support and enjoy the atmosphere at Foxbury.
