The social committee has been set up for the benefit of all members of the club to create a warm and entertaining atmosphere that also supports the club's aims and objectives. A balance between the social element and club fund raising is the aim.
The social committee hopes to provide the club with a wide range of fun and enjoyable events to help us through the season, create a good spirit off the pitch which can only feed a good team spirit on the pitch.
It is important that everyone plays their part to help organise and support all the social functions.
POST MATCH SATURDAY EVENINGS: It is important for all players to return to the club after league games on a Saturday to celebrate the day and take part in 'Captain's report, Man of the Match awards', not for the whole evening if you don't want but at least for an hour or so. The more the merrier.
