Welcome to our page for Under 11s. If your child is currently in Year 5 or 6, then they are in this age group.

U11 is a very exciting (and challenging!) time as the children emerge from playing softball cricket with our U9s to playing hardball cricket. The kids have a great time at training and the matches we play and are sure to make new friends. We have a great collective of parents who volunteer as coaches, umpires and scorers.

U11 boys and girls train on a Friday evening from 6.30pm-8pm from end April to end July, we also have some ad-hoc training sessions on Saturday or Sunday mornings. On Friday's the sessions are run by paid (professional) coaches, supported by a squad of parent volunteers. The teams are managed by Team Managers who have all been doing this for some years and they run the team on match days.

We field two U11 teams in the North Kent Junior League, this year one in Division 2 (Braves) and one in Division 3 pairs (Phoenix). Each team plays once a week, mid-week home/away fixtures that begin at 5.30pm. Player availability and selection is done via the Pitchero app.
