The weather gods relented, eventually, and OECC's Under 15s' campaign continued uninterrupted this season into its fifth match. George won the toss and elected to bowl in chilly conditions.

It was an excellent collective team effort on the field, as it should be, and difficult to pick out any one single performance from the tidy opening bowling by Ben, George & Sasha as well as tight middle overs spin from Rob, Dan & Xav, but a late burst from Shubh with a couple of wickets was the stand-out performance.

Likewise, difficult to pick out any one batting performance, as everyone batted very positively for however long or short their stay at the crease was, with the highlights being Ronan’s three sixes and George’s boundaries, although Fin’s big hits in his role as opener took the cake.
